Please take time to read these terms and conditions governing the River View Garden Resort website and resort. By accessing this website, you agree to accept all of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. The Site is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances.
Reservations / Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive confirmation via phone and/or email from the Resort. A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of the reservation. Cancellations for reservations made 14 days in advance or more will not be charged for additional nights.& Cancellations for reservations made within 14 days will be charged for all of the nights that were booked. Weekend stays generally require a two-night minimum during peak periods. Major holiday periods generally require a three night minimum.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Requests for early check-in and/or late check-out will be handled based on availability at the time of check-in. There may be an additional fee.
Room and Facilities Use
The Resort will only allows registered guests to use its room and facilities.
An extra person charge of $25 per night plus taxes will apply for any reservations exceeding 2 people. The number of people staying in the room shall be confirmed at time of reservation.
Several of our rooms are pet-friendly, and a pet-friendly room shall and must be requested at the time of reservation. Your pet shall be properly controlled at all times while on Resort property and shall not be left alone in the room at any time. You are responsible for any and all damages, including excessive and/or exceptional cleaning charges at the hotel property rates. This includes, but is not limited to, pet odors and pet stains.
Lost and Found Policy
The River View Garden Resort is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items. The Resort will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the Resort’s guest room after the guest has checked out. If requested, items will be shipped back at the owner’s expense. Any items in the Lost & Found not claimed within ninety (90) days shall be donated to a local charity or discarded.
The River View Garden Resort has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the Resort acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy Resort property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. The Resort will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the Resort or any furniture or furnishings within the Resort, shall be liable for damages, including the hotel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
The River View Garden Resort reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice.

Ask about our “Last Minute” discount if rooms are available. Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.
